Business Intelligence/Sales Enablement (Internship)

FLX Networks revolutionizes engagement for asset and wealth management firms and financial advisors. FLX community members access thought leadership, investment ideas, business resources, and industry connectivity in one centralized destination, delivering productivity, savings, and growth.

The FLX Business Intelligence/Sales Enablement intern will be involved with different facets of sales enablement and membership experience through the utilization of various software programs. Included will be database management, pre-meeting reporting, proposal generation and various membership experience responsibilities.

A typical day in the internship will consist of:

  • Database creation and maintenance projects
  • Salesforce curation – regular review of asset manager and strategic partner info
  • Salesforce data entry – assist the management team in entering call notes
  • Higher Logic Community Curation – Review users’ profiles, prepare emails and suggestions for improvement to them
  • Data management and analysis (data scientist)
  • Spreadsheet creation – Excel skills are important, Financial modeling, FLX Data Vault and aggregation projects
  • FLX Factbook – Data collection (advisors, Morningstar, Broadridge, etc.)
  • Data management and analysis (data scientist)
  • Proposal generation- Learn innovative software tools, develop customized proposals
  • Executive management team support- pre-meeting notes.
  • Utilize LinkedIn and search engines to research potential member and partner companies, including their key capabilities and executive leadership, quickly shaping the findings into meeting briefs
  • Calendar Coordination- recognizing important dates (anniversaries, birthdays of FLX Team)
  • Assist in the Membership experience support- FLX Merchandise and outreach to asset managers
  • Coordinate the development of a quarterly deliverable to asset managers in FLX around top industry trends

Class level – Prefer Junior or Senior

Desired GPA – 3.0 or better
