Before joining FLX, Ms. Ambrose was Vice President and wholesaler for wirehouses and independent channels at LoCorr Funds. Prior to that she was Vice President/Senior Advisor Consultant in distribution at Neuberger Berman. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Catholic University of America.
Gregg Beagle is a Portfolio Consultant Director at FLX Distribution. Gregg has over 20 years of investment management experience in sales, sales management and relationship management. Previously, he has worked with notable firms including MFS, Alliance Bernstein, Oppenheimer Funds and Pacific Funds. His responsibilities have included territory sales and platform business development of different asset classes across multiple platforms including retail broker dealers, sub advised, DCIO, RIA, private client, and Bank trust.
Gregg received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkley.
Andrew Berger is a Portfolio Research Director with FLX Distribution. Andrew has over 20 years’ experience in the Investment Management industry, primarily in senior National Account roles with firms such as AllianceBernstein, Prudential Investments and most recently as Director of Strategic Accounts at Foresters Financial. His product experience covers traditional as well as alternative mutual funds, separate accounts, DCIO and model distribution with coverage spanning the Independent Broker Dealer, Wirehouse, Bank and Regional Broker Dealer channels. Andrew attended Syracuse University.
Bob Colvin is the Chief Administrative Officer of FLX Distribution. Prior to joining FLX, Bob led the Human Capital Function at AMG Funds and prior to that held several senior Human Capital and Finance leadership roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has deep experience advising on strategic planning and predictive outcomes.
During his nearly 30 year career, Bob has demonstrated success in creating and leading the implementation of strategies towards attracting, developing and retaining outstanding people and has successfully helped organizations implement best practices and staff connectivity efforts designed to create a cohesive and high performing culture.
Bob earned his Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Indiana University and is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR). He is proficient in the use of various feedback and assessment tools and is certified to administer and interpret the Hogan Assessment Systems.
Mr. Divino previously worked with firms including Blackrock, Voya, and Macquarie Group, where he most recently served as Managing Director responsible for client portfolio management and business development. Mr. Divino holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University. Ralph is also a FINRA registered representative and a Certified Business Coach by Marshall Goldsmith’s Stakeholder Centered Coaching.
Jack Van Dyke
Jack has nearly three decades of asset management distribution experience. Before joining FLX, he spent 15 years at Carillon Tower Advisers, a division of Raymond James Financial, most recently as Senior Vice President. Prior to that, Jack was at the Academy of Financial Services Studies and Robert W. Baird & Co. Based in Wisconsin, Jack is part of FLX’s midwestern team. Jack received a BA in History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
John Feeley is a Portfolio Consultant Director at FLX Distribution. John has over 25 years of business development and relationship management experience in the investment management industry. Previously, he has held senior distribution positions with Conway Investment Research, Man Investments, and Pine Grove Asset Management. His responsibilities included national sales, regional sales, and key account relationship management. With a focus on alternative investment strategies, John has represented investment vehicles across many distribution channels including wirehouses, regional broker/dealers, RIAs, banks, family offices, consultants, and intermediaries. John received his B.A. in Economics from Hobart College and his M.B.A., with a concentration in finance, from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.
CTO and Co-founder
Mike Glaser has been in technology for over 30 years. A graduate of Ohio University, he started his career as a programmer/analyst in the US Army while stationed at the Department of the Army. He took that experience and began designing networks for large companies. Over the past 20 years he has worked for several successful startups as an engineer, sales representative, and sales leader. Most recently, he was the Regional Vice President of Sales for a silicon based company.
Currently, he lives in Charlotte, NC with his wife and 2 Weimaraner's.
Mr. Kim was a 10-plus-year veteran of New York Life, most recently as Corporate Vice President and Portfolio Specialist at its Eagle Strategies LLC subsidiary, before coming to FLX. Previously, he was at UBS Financial Services, Legg Mason, and Bear Stearns Asset Management. Kim holds a BS degree from Cornell University.
Michael Mastey is a Director at FLX Distribution. Prior to joining FLX Michael started the Consulting Firm Alpha Spear Advisory, LLC, where as Founding Principal he provides counsel on issues and challenges regarding the distribution of asset management products and services. Michael has held multiple senior level leadership roles in sales, sales management, national account management and product management. His product and distribution market experience span alternative and traditional investment solutions / structures as well as institutional and financial intermediary channels. Most recently Michael was producing National Sales Manager at PNC Capital Advisors, LLC. He has also led teams at Bear Stearns Asset Management, Rydex Investments, Fidelity Investments and iCapital Network. Michael is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF).
Michael holds a Bachelor of Science from Villanova University. He is active with his Church Youth Mission Group and the Exchange Club of New Canaan, a philanthropic organization dedicated to the prevention of child abuse. He's married with two teenagers and lives in New Canaan, CT.
CEO and Founder
Prior to launching FLX Distribution, Brian held multiple senior leadership roles, where he helped guide teams of financial professionals at Neuberger Berman and AMG to more than $100 billion in sales. During his 20 + year career, Brian has developed a broad perspective due to his numerous roles within the distribution ecosystem, including Wholesaling, National Accounts, Divisional Sales Management, Head of Broker Dealer Sales, Head of National Accounts and Co-lead of US Retail Distribution.
Brian earned a BS in Marketing from Penn State University, and an MBA in Finance from Temple University. He is a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA), and is actively involved in numerous industry organizations, such as the New York Economic Club, the Investment Company Institute, the Money Management Institute and the Catalyst Group.
Eric Nastri is a Director of FLX Distribution, Inc. Prior to joining FLX Distribution, Eric spent 17 years in various roles in both the Asset Management and Wealth Management businesses at UBS. Eric has 25+ years of experience in the financial service industry. His experience includes trading, portfolio administration, product management, product development, advisory platform management and most recently he served as Head of the Wealth Management Americas Capability and National Account Management team at UBS Asset Management.
Eric earned his BBA in Finance from the George Washington University in Washington, DC.
Director of FLX Media
Matt Novello is a NY/LA based Director and Cinematographer with over 20 years of experience in the film and television industry. With a deep understanding of today's visual demands and digital technology, Matt is an asset to FLX Media. His experiences in narrative and broadcast television, documentary, and lifestyle storytelling, direct to brand content and ultra-high-speed cinematography will help transform content for asset managers and the finance industry. Matt earned his BS degree in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire's Whittemore School of Business & Economics. Matt set out to Los Angeles where he rose from production assistant through the ranks of the camera department, and eventually landing the role of Director and Director of Photography. Working for a multitude of media and production companies across key outlets, Matt has been fortunate to travel the world capturing the emotions that connect us all.

Ignacio Rosales is the Director of Marketing at FLX Distribution responsible for the development and coordination of marketing and communications. Ignacio has extensive experience in marketing, customer experience, brand management, and strategic initiatives for business- and consumer-focused firms. Highlights include roles as an independent consultant, General Manager in Marketing & Strategic Initiatives at South Jersey Industries, Senior Director in Segment Marketing at Dun & Bradstreet, and Vice President at CitiCards Youth Market Portfolio.
Ignacio earned a Master in Business Administration from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School.
COO and President
Mark Spina is Chief Operating Officer and President of FLX Distribution. Mark is responsible for developing and delivering cost-effective and customize distribution solutions to FLX Distribution’s members. He is focused on building an effective marketplace, that efficiently connects financial services companies to proven distribution professionals, in individual and team formats. Prior to FLX, Mark was Head of Americas, Advisor & Intermediary Solutions, at Russell Investments. Prior to Russell, he was Head of US Intermediary Distribution at what is now Amundi Pioneer. Earlier in his career, Mark spent 14 years with Voya Investment Management, the final seven years as Head of Intermediary Distribution. Mark has extensive experience managing sales, national accounts, product, data and marketing teams in the US and globally. Mark has been a Board member of FLX since March of this year. He is also a board member of the MMI’s Gateway to Leadership.
Mark received an MBA in Finance and International Business from The Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bucknell University.
Jared has more than 15 years of business development and relationship management experience in the investment management industry. Prior to joining FLX, he served as Director of Business Development throughout the West Coast for Hartford Funds and Regional Vice President at Ivy Investments. His responsibilities have included business development across multiple asset classes and investment vehicles working alongside RIA's, DCIO, bank trusts, family offices and both wirehouse and independent retail broker dealers. Based in Carlsbad, CA, Jared will join FLX’s western team. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Kansas State University.
