Advisor Consulting Director
Jim Addesa is an Advisor Consulting Director, representing FLX in the South-Central U.S. Jim has over 16 years investment management experience in business development, investment consulting, and portfolio construction. Jim has represented investment vehicles across many distribution channels including wirehouses, regional broker/dealers, RIAs, banks, family offices, consultants, and intermediaries. Prior to joining FLX, Jim held roles as Director of Business Development for Defiance ETFs and external business development roles at Direxion ETFs & Foresters Financial.
Jim attended Thomas Edison University majoring in Business Administration.

Hillary Ambrose
Managing Director, Washington Pod Co-Lead
Hillary is a Managing Director, Washington Pod Co-Lead at FLX Networks and covers New England. Before joining FLX, Hillary was Vice President and wholesaler for wirehouses and independent channels at LoCorr Funds. Prior to that, she was Vice President/Senior Advisor Consultant in distribution at Neuberger Berman.
Hillary holds a B.A. from The Catholic University of America.

Gregg Beagle
Platform Relationship Director
Gregg Beagle is a Platform Relationship Director with FLX Networks. Gregg has over 20 years of investment management experience in sales, sales management, and relationship management. Previously, he worked with notable firms including MFS, Alliance Bernstein, Oppenheimer Funds, and Pacific Funds. His responsibilities have included territory sales and platform business development of different asset classes across multiple platforms including retail broker dealers, sub advised, DCIO, RIA, private client, and Bank trust.
Gregg received his BA in Political Science from the University of California, Berkley.

Andrew Berger
Platform Relationship Director
Andrew Berger is a Platform Relationship Director with FLX Networks. Andrew has over 20 years’ experience in the Investment Management industry, primarily in senior National Account roles with firms such as AllianceBernstein, Prudential Investments, and most recently as Director of Strategic Accounts at Foresters Financial. His product experience covers traditional as well as alternative mutual funds, separate accounts, DCIO and model distribution with coverage spanning the Independent Broker Dealer, Wirehouse, Bank and Regional Broker Dealer channels.
Andrew attended Syracuse University.

Andrew Berry
Director, Email Marketing
Andrew Berry is the Director of Email Marketing at FLX Networks. He brings to the firm over eight years of digital marketing experience. Most recently, Andrew was the Marketing Automation Manager at Envestnet where he was responsible for managing the marketing automation platform, email marketing, and digital engagement.
Andrew holds a B.S. in Business Administration from New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Mark Blinder
Advisor Consulting Director
Mark Blinder is an Advisor Consulting Director representing FLX in the Great Lakes region. Mark brings more than 30 years of financial services industry experience to FLX, most recently as a Senior Vice President at Voya Financial and its predecessor ING Investment Management.
Mark is a graduate of Michigan State University.

Rob Britt
Director, Head of Sales Enablement
Rob Britt is a Director and Head of Sales Enablement at FLX Networks. Prior to joining FLX, Rob worked at The Vanguard Group, including roles as Derivatives Analyst and Investment Sales Associate. He holds a BS in Business Administration from Elon University.

Grace Butz
Business Analyst
Grace Butz is a Business Analyst at FLX Networks, previously working as an intern with the firm. Prior to joining FLX, she gained experience as an extern with the Financial Planning Association and a Paraplanner for a small wealth management firm.
Grace graduated from Penn State University with a BS in Finance and is based in Pennsylvania.

Maureen Byrne
Director, Investment Product Marketing
Maureen Byrne is a Director, Investment Product Marketing at FLX Networks with more than 20 years of investment management and financial services marketing experience. Her career spans from SMA product support at broker-dealer Prudential Securities to many subsequent years at asset management firms – predominantly OppenheimerFunds and PGIM Investments, where she led sales enablement, channel and integrated marketing efforts bringing mutual fund solutions to financial advisors, gatekeepers, analysts and RIAs. Maureen also has membership-centric, B2C experience as she recently headed up member growth and engagement marketing at Affinity Federal Credit Union.
Maureen has her BA in Communications at St. Bonaventure University along with several certifications and licenses.

Shane Carmody
Relationship Management Associate
Shane Carmody is a Relationship Management Associate at FLX Networks. Prior to joining FLX, Shane served as an Investor Relations Associate for Ultimus Leverpoint and Frazier Deeter, working for their Middle Market/Real Estate teams.
Shane graduated with an MBA from Drew University and a BS from Rutgers University.

Nick Carnovale
Associate, Business Development
Nick Carnovale is an Associate focused on business development at FLX Networks. Prior to joining FLX, Nick served as a National Account Executive for New Tradition Media, the largest private Out-of-Home Adverting vendor in the country. He managed premium accounts as well as generated new revenue for the company.
Nick is based in New York City and graduated with honors from Stevens Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Business and Technology.

Bob Colvin
CAO
Bob Colvin is the Chief Administrative Officer of FLX Networks. Prior to joining FLX, Bob led the Human Capital Function at AMG Funds and prior to that, held several senior Human Capital and Finance leadership roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has deep experience advising on strategic planning and predictive outcomes. During his nearly 30-year career, Bob has demonstrated success in creating and leading the implementation of strategies towards attracting, developing, and retaining outstanding people and has successfully helped organizations implement best practices and staff connectivity efforts designed to create a cohesive and high performing culture.
Bob earned a BA in Journalism from Indiana University and is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR). He is proficient in the use of various feedback and assessment tools and is certified to administer and interpret the Hogan Assessment Systems.

Jillian DelSignore
Managing Director, Head of Strategic Growth and Solutions
Jillian DelSignore, CIMA, is Managing Director, Head of Strategic Growth and Solutions at FLX Networks.
Prior to joining FLX, she was the Principal of Lakefront Advisory advising financial services firms on accelerating their growth through initiating, scaling or changing their distribution strategy.
Before starting Lakefront Advisory, Jillian was Head of ETF Distribution with J.P.Morgan’s Asset Management (JPMAM) leading the sales and distribution efforts and strategy in the intermediary and institutional markets.
Jillian serves on the Board of Women in ETFs, Inc, the first women’s group for the ETF industry, and served as Co-President from 2017-2019. She also serves as an Independent Board Member for the Uncommon Investment Funds Trust.
Jillian’s career includes roles at Barclay’s Global Investors / BlackRock iShares where she focused on expanding ETF distribution and building out client relationships across all channels. Earlier in her career, she also held similar roles at Goldman Sachs Asset Management and Federated Investors working with a variety of investment products.
Ms. DelSignore has a B.A. in Communications from John Carroll University and an M.B.A degree in Finance from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh.

Erica Dostoler
Managing Director, Head of Marketing
Erica Dostoler is Managing Director, Head of Marketing at FLX Networks, bringing more than a decade of investment industry experience to the role. Prior to FLX, she most recently served as Director of Membership at the Defined Contribution Institutional Investment Association (DCIIA), where she was responsible for membership growth and member engagement. Previously, Erica was Vice President, Marketing Manager, at Neuberger Berman, where she led the firm’s DC marketing efforts and prior to that held several marketing positions at Allianz Global Investors.
Erica holds a BS in Business Administration from Fordham University.

Caroline DuRant
Director, FLX Media
Caroline DuRant is a Director at FLX Media, a content division of FLX Networks, where she oversees FLX PR. Caroline brings over 15 years of brand marketing and public relations experience to FLX. Prior to joining the firm, Caroline served as SVP of the NYC headquarters of public relations agency Lou Hammond Group, overseeing premium accounts in the luxury travel and real estate sectors. Previously, she held positions in both corporate and start-up environments, with responsibilities including brand development, account management, and integrated marketing.
Caroline is based in New York City and holds a B.A. from Vanderbilt University.

Josh Eihausen
Managing Director, Head of Legal & Compliance
Josh Eihausen is Managing Director, Head of Legal & Compliance. Prior to joining FLX, Josh held a number of Legal & Compliance roles at ALPS Fund Services, most recently serving as Deputy Chief Compliance Officer overseeing the intermediary operations of ALPS’ broker/dealers. He also served as counsel to ALPS’ broker/dealer entities: ALPS Distributors, Inc. and ALPS Portfolio Solutions Distributor, Inc. In this capacity, he provided distribution and compliance services to mutual fund, private investment fund, and exchange-traded product clients and was also responsible for the drafting and reviewing of investment company agreements.
Josh received his J.D. and Certificate in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. He received his BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Corporate Finance from Colorado State University. Josh is a member of Colorado Bar and holds Series 6, 7, & 24 registrations.

John Feeley
Managing Director, Jefferson Pod Lead
John Feeley is a Managing Director, Jefferson Pod Lead at FLX Networks. John has over 25 years of business development and relationship management experience in the investment management industry. Previously, he has held senior distribution positions with Conway Investment Research, Man Investments, and Pine Grove Asset Management. His responsibilities included national sales, regional sales, and key account relationship management. With a focus on alternative investment strategies, John has represented investment vehicles across many distribution channels including wirehouses, regional broker/dealers, RIAs, banks, family offices, consultants, and intermediaries.
John received his BA in Economics from Hobart College and his MBA, with a concentration in Finance, from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.

Mark Hartman
Advisor Consulting Associate
Mark Hartman is an Advisor Consulting Associate at FLX Networks. Prior to joining FLX, he worked at both UBS and Merrill Lynch as an advisor. He has over 10 years in the financial service industry with experience in corporate stock options, wealth management, banking, and derivatives trading. Additionally, Mark has experience in commercial real estate.
Based in New Jersey, Mark graduated from Roanoke College with a B.A. in Business Administration, and holds his Series 7 and 63 Licenses.

Russell Heulitt
Advisor Consulting Director
Russell Heulitt is an Advisor Consulting Director, ETF Specialist representing FLX in the Eastern U.S. Russell has over 10 years’ investment management experience, with a focus on business development, investment consulting, and portfolio construction. Prior to joining FLX, Russell held roles as a Regional Director for WBI Investments and a Sr. Hybrid Wholesaler at Foresters Financial.
Russell Holds a B.A in Multidisciplinary Studies with a focus on Business, Economics, and Communication from West Virginia University.

Brian MacDonald
Managing Director, Washington Pod Co-Lead
Brian MacDonald is a Managing Director, Washington Pod Co-Lead at FLX Networks. Brian has 15 years of professional experience in the investment management industry.
Immediately prior to joining FLX, Brian was a Managing Director at Arcview Capital. Throughout his career he has held senior distribution positions with DWS, Amundi Pioneer, Hartford Funds, and founded Fitler Square Investment Partners. Brian has represented numerous investment vehicle types with an expertise in ETF’s and Alternatives.
Brian holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Widener University.

Monir Maher
Platform Relationship Director
Monir Maher is a Platform Relationship Director – Sub Advisory. He brings 25 years of financial services industry experience to FLX Networks, specializing in sourcing institutional-caliber sub-advisory mandates. Most recently, Monir was head of Sub-Advisory Sales at Carillon Tower Advisors, with additional investment sales roles held at Evergreen Investments, Liberty Funds, and the Armed Forces Benefit Association.
Monir holds a B.S. from Northeastern University and is based out of Tampa, FL.

Scott Mansfield
Advisor Consulting Director
Scott Mansfield is an Advisor Consulting Director. In this role, he is responsible for optimizing and distributing alternative solutions. Scott has 26 years of sales and marketing experience in the financial sector at premier firms, including Franklin Templeton Resources and Putnam Investments. He has experience in independent, wire house and RIA channels where he was responsible for platform placement, sales, marketing and client services
earned his B.A. in Economics from the University of Connecticut and lives in Greenwich, CT and Narragansett, RI.

Richard Miller
Director, Investment Product Marketing
Richard Miller, CFA, is a Director, Investment Product Marketing with FLX Networks. He has over 25 years of investment industry experience. Prior to joining FLX, Rich led a consulting practice providing strategic marketing consulting services to institutional capital seekers, asset management boutiques, and investment companies. Previously, Rich was a Managing Director and Head of Marketing and Product Management with New York Life Investments. Rich was also the Head of Product Management for Prudential Investments (now PGIM), and previously held positions in Product Management and Institutional Sales with the Dreyfus Corporation.
Rich has an MBA in Finance from the Lubin School of Business at Pace University and a BA in Economics from Rutgers University. He has also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of CFA Institute and the CFA Society New York.

Brian Moran
CEO and Founder
Brian launched FLX in December 2019, addressing a need for the modernization in the asset and wealth management industries. Prior to founding FLX, he held multiple senior leadership roles, where he guided teams of financial professionals at Neuberger Berman and AMG to more than $100 billion in sales. During his 20 + year career, Brian has developed a broad perspective due to his numerous roles within the distribution ecosystem, including Wholesaling, National Accounts, Divisional Sales Management, Head of Broker Dealer Sales, Head of National Accounts and Co-lead of US Retail Distribution.
Brian earned a BS in Marketing from Penn State University, and an MBA in Finance from Temple University. He is a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA), and is actively involved in numerous industry organizations, such as the New York Economic Club, the Money Management Institute and the Catalyst Group.

Leandro Moreno
Advisor Consulting Analyst
Leandro Moreno is a Sales Analyst at FLX Networks. Prior to FLX, he worked with New York Life and Prudential where he gained experience offering financial services and retirement planning. Leandro graduated from Rutgers University with a B.S. in Finance and a concentration in Financial Planning.

Eric Nastri
Managing Director, Head of Platform Relationship Directors
Eric Nastri is a Managing Director of FLX Networks. He leads the Relationship Specialist team and is Head of Platform Relationship Directors. Prior to joining FLX, Eric spent 17 years in various roles in both the Asset Management and Wealth Management businesses at UBS. With close to 30 years of experience in the financial service industry, Eric’s experience includes trading, portfolio administration, product management, product development, advisory platform management. Most recently, he served as Head of the Wealth Management Americas Capability and National Account Management team at UBS Asset Management.
Eric earned his BBA in Finance from the George Washington University in Washington, DC.

Matt Novello
Managing Director, Head of FLX Media
Matt Novello is a NY/LA-based Director and Cinematographer with over 20 years of experience in the film and television industry working for a multitude of media and production companies across key outlets, bringing to FLX a deep understanding of today's visual demands and digital technology. His experience in narrative and broadcast television, documentary films, ultra-high-speed cinematography, along with direct-to-brand storytelling help transform content for asset managers and the finance industry.
Matt earned his B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire's Whittemore School of Business & Economics.

Dylan Raddatz
Advisor Consulting Director
Dylan Raddatz, CFP® is an Advisor Consulting Director, representing FLX in Arizona, Northern California, and the Pacific Northwest. Prior to joining FLX, Dylan spent 3 years at State Street Global Advisors as an internal, then hybrid wholesaler for their SPDR ETF & ETF Model Portfolio lineup. Prior to SSGA, he spent 4.5 years at Vanguard in several sales and relationship management roles within their annuity group.
Dylan is based in Phoenix, AZ, and is a graduate of Colorado State University with a B.S. in Business Administration concentrated in Finance, and a Minor in Economics. He holds his Series 7 and 63 licenses and is a Certified Financial Planner™ Professional.

James Ramirez, CIMA, is a Platform Relationship Director, primarily with coverage of custodial RIA platforms, Insurance Broker Dealers, and Private Banks. James brings nearly 12 years of strategic account experience to FLX. Prior to joining the firm, James served as Director, National Accounts for Emles Advisors, a New York-based asset manager. Previously, he held similar positions at Northern Trust Asset Management and Nuveen.
Based in South Florida, James holds a B.A. from Adelphi University and is a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA).

Brett Schechterman
Chief Product Officer
Brett Schechterman is a FinTech executive with 20+ years of experience focusing on front-office technology, data and analytics strategy, and operating model design for leading institutional asset managers and asset owners. Most recently, he served as global head of thinkFolio and front-office commercial strategy for Software Solutions at S&P Global (previously IHS Markit). thinkFolio is a leading multi-asset investment management platform providing sophisticated capabilities across Portfolio Modelling, Order Management & Trading, Cash & FX Management and Compliance.
Brett spent 10 years at UBS Asset Management, where he served as Global Head of Fixed Income Platform Solutions, a team that supported 130+ investment professionals through the enhancement and front-line support of the enterprise front-office platform. Brett and his team partnered closely with technology leadership to develop and evolve a proprietary portfolio management system that is still used today to manage $280b+ in diversified fixed income assets across 6 offices. He previously held buyside risk and analytics domain management roles at Legal & General Investment Management America and Goldman Sachs Asset Management and gained valuable experience in product strategy and client development with roles at BlackRock Solutions, Bloomberg and Rimes Technologies.
Brett received an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Finance with a Minor in Economics from Penn State University.

Dody Schroth
Marketing Director
Dody Schroth is a Marketing Director at FLX Networks. Prior to joining FLX, Dody spent eight years in marketing and relationship management with various fintech firms catering to the wealth management business. Her most recent roles were as Director of Business Development and Performance Manager at Scivantage and Refinitiv, respectively. Dody has 25+ years of experience in the financial industry working at firms such as Convergex and Credit Suisse.
Dody earned a B.A. from Skidmore College.

Zach Shaffer
Business Associate
Zach Shaffer is a Business Associate at FLX Networks having previously been an intern with firm. Prior to joining FLX, Zach gained experience as an intern for Bryn Mawr Trust Wealth Management and as a Lead Analyst for his university’s student-managed fund.
He is based in the Northeast area and holds a B.B.A. in Finance and Financial Planning from Temple University.

Mark Spina
COO and President
Mark Spina is Chief Operating Officer and President of FLX Networks and is responsible for developing and delivering cost-effective solutions to FLX clients and partners. Prior to FLX, Mark was Head of Americas, Advisor & Intermediary Solutions, at Russell Investments. Prior to Russell, he was Head of US Intermediary Distribution at what is now Amundi Pioneer. Earlier in his career, Mark spent 14 years with Voya Investment Management, the final seven years as Head of Intermediary Distribution. Mark has extensive experience managing sales, national accounts, product, data, and marketing teams in the US and globally.
Mark holds a B.A. from Bucknell University and received an MBA in Finance and International Business from The Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University. Mark serves as a board member of the SEAL Family Foundation.

Chris Townsend
Managing Director, Head of Finance
Chris Townsend is Managing Director, Head of Finance. Chris has more than 25 years of experience in financial services. Prior to FLX, Chris was Head of Business Finance at AMG Funds and has held senior finance and accounting roles at Allianz Asset Management and Invesco.
Chris earned a BS in Business Administration in Finance from The Ohio State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Joseph Tramazzo
Advisor Consulting Director
Joseph Tramazzo is an Advisor Consulting Director for FLX Networks, and is responsible for sales, marketing, and client service for Florida and Puerto Rico. Prior to joining FLX, Joe spent 15 years as a Managing Director for JPMorgan Asset Management and Angel Oak Capital. Joe has more than 25 years of industry experience with leading investment firms, including AMG, AllianceBernstein, and The MainStay Funds.
Joe graduated from Boston College with a B.B.A degree in Finance and Marketing.

William Wilson
Director, Investment Product Marketing
William Wilson is a Director, Investment Product Marketing at FLX Networks. He brings to the firm over 10 years of marketing, product and sales experience in ETFs and Alternatives. Most recently, William was employed with a fintech asset management firm supporting strategic accounts. Previously, William spent 4 years at WisdomTree Investments managing the product due diligence team. Prior to that, William was on the Client Service Team at K2 Advisors, a Hedge Fund of Funds which was acquired in 2012 by Franklin Templeton.
William holds a BS in Business Administration from Loyola University New Orleans
