Brandon is an Advisor Consultant at FLX Networks. Brandon has over 10 years of experience in asset management with a focus on advisor relationships across the U.S. in the Wirehouse, Independent Broker/Dealer, and RIA channels.

Prior to joining FLX, Brandon was Senior Vice President at Astor Investment Management where he led distribution efforts and worked with advisors on current economic trends, portfolio construction, and marketing ideas. Before Astor, Brandon also worked at Cedar Capital representing multiple asset managers across mutual funds, SMA, and model delivery products.

Brandon attended DePaul University, majoring in Economics.

Andrew is a Platform Relationship Director at FLX Networks. Andrew has over 20 years of experience in the Investment Management industry, primarily in senior National Account roles with firms such as AllianceBernstein, Prudential Investments, and most recently as Director of Strategic Accounts at Foresters Financial. His product experience covers traditional as well as alternative mutual funds, separate accounts, DCIO and model distribution with coverage spanning the Independent Broker Dealer, Wirehouse, Bank and Regional Broker/Dealer channels.

Andrew attended Syracuse University.

Rob is a Senior Product Manager at FLX Networks. Prior to joining FLX, Rob worked at The Vanguard Group, including roles as Derivatives Analyst and Investment Sales Associate.

He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Elon University.

Grace is a Senior Business Analyst at FLX Networks and previously worked as an intern with the firm. Prior to joining FLX, she gained experience as an extern with the Financial Planning Association and a Paraplanner for a small wealth management firm.

Grace earned a a B.S. in Finance from Penn State University.

Erica is Managing Director, Corporate Marketing & Client Success at FLX Networks. Prior to FLX, she served as Director of Membership at the Defined Contribution Institutional Investment Association (DCIIA), where she was responsible for membership growth and member engagement. Previously, Erica was Vice President, Marketing Manager, at Neuberger Berman, where she led the firm’s DC marketing efforts and prior to that held several marketing positions at Allianz Global Investors.

Erica holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Fordham University.

John is a Managing Director, Advisor Consultant at FLX Networks. John has over 25 years of business development and relationship management experience in the investment management industry. Previously, he has held senior distribution positions with Conway Investment Research, Man Investments, and Pine Grove Asset Management. His responsibilities included national sales, regional sales, and key account relationship management. With a focus on alternative investment strategies, John has represented investment vehicles across many distribution channels including wirehouses, regional broker/dealers, RIAs, banks, family offices, consultants, and intermediaries.

John received his B.A. in Economics from Hobart College and his MBA, with a concentration in Finance, from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.

Fred is an Advisor Consultant at FLX Networks. He has represented all investment pooled vehicle types in every asset class including equities, fixed income and 3C7/3C1 alternatives. Inclusive of his industry background spanning 25 years, he built a practice and served for several brokerage firms, including Morgan Stanley, LPL, and pioneering firms such as Jack White & Company. He also worked for numerous capital managers, including Brandes Investment Partners, Nicholas Applegate Capital Management, Rydex/SGI, Guggenheim Investments, MSIM, and Bristol Gate, a Canadian-based equity manager. His experience includes positions along the primary facets of financial planning; insurance, retirement, and lending together with stints as a consultant on the estate tax and equity valuation side. He also held capital market positions in options and small-cap trading early in his career. He was involved in key accounts and led sales initiatives at several firms nationally. Shortly after college, he spent several years in the high-tech industry both founding and managing software and multimedia firms.


Fred earned his B.S. in Finance and Portfolio Management from San Diego State University. He currently holds the CIMA® designation.

Adam is the Chief Operating Officer at FLX Networks. Adam served 20+ years in the United States Marine Corps in various leadership, technical, and command roles throughout the U.S., Europe, and Central Asia. Adam brings a diverse level of experience in Financial Management, IT, Cybersecurity, and operational and strategic planning.

Adam holds a B.S. from Penn State University, an M.S. in Information Technology Management from the Naval Postgraduate School, and an M.A. and M.S. from the Naval War College and the National War College in National Security Strategy.

Monir is a Platform Relationship Director – Sub Advisory at FLX Networks. He brings 25 years of financial services industry experience to FLX, specializing in sourcing institutional-caliber sub-advisory mandates. Most recently, Monir was head of Sub-Advisory Sales at Carillon Tower Advisors, with additional investment sales roles held at Evergreen Investments, Liberty Funds, and the Armed Forces Benefit Association.

Monir holds a B.S. from Northeastern University.

Vaishali is a Marketing Analyst at FLX Networks. Prior to joining FLX, Vaishali was a Marketing Manager at Astor Investment Management where she was responsible for investment marketing and integrated marketing communications including but not limited to creating marketing collateral for Astor’s products and strategies, digital marketing, web design, newsletter, and podcasts. Prior to Astor, Vaishali worked as a Strategic Communications Executive with PLR Chambers, a boutique public policy firm in Delhi, India where she catered to various industries and gathered PR, Strategic, and Crisis Communication experience globally.

Vaishali earned her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Delhi, India, and her Master’s degree in Public Administration (MPA) from Clark University. She is currently pursuing her Executive MBA degree from New England College.

Richard is a Senior Director, Investment Product Marketing at FLX Networks. He has over 25 years of investment industry experience. Prior to joining FLX, Rich led a consulting practice providing strategic marketing consulting services to institutional capital seekers, asset management boutiques, and investment companies. Previously, Rich was a Managing Director and Head of Marketing and Product Management with New York Life Investments. Rich was also the Head of Product Management for Prudential Investments (now PGIM) and previously held positions in Product Management and Institutional Sales with the Dreyfus Corporation.

Rich has an MBA in Finance from the Lubin School of Business at Pace University and a B.A. in Economics from Rutgers University. He has also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of CFA Institute and the CFA Society New York.

Brian Moran founded FLX Networks in December 2019 to modernize and simplify the asset and wealth management industries. Under his leadership, FLX has grown rapidly, adding top-tier talent, forming strategic partnerships with hundreds of enterprises, and securing over $10 million in investments from leading global institutions.

With more than 25 years of experience, Brian has held senior leadership positions at Neuberger Berman and AMG, where he guided teams responsible for over $100 billion in sales. His expertise spans the distribution ecosystem, from wholesaling and national accounts to leading distribution teams.

Brian holds a B.S. in Marketing from Penn State University, an MBA in Finance from Temple University, and is a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA).

Eric is a Managing Director, Head of Platform Relationship Directors at FLX Networks. Prior to joining FLX, Eric spent 17 years in various roles in both the Asset Management and Wealth Management businesses at UBS. With close to 30 years of experience in the financial service industry, Eric’s experience includes trading, portfolio administration, product management, product development, and advisory platform management. Most recently, he served as Head of the Wealth Management Americas Capability and National Account Management team at UBS Asset Management.

Eric earned his BBA in Finance from the George Washington University.

Matt is Managing Director, Head of FLX Media at FLX Networks. Matt is a Director and Cinematographer and has over 20 years of experience in the film and television industry working for a multitude of media and production companies across key outlets. He brings to FLX a deep understanding of today's visual demands and digital technology. His experience in narrative and broadcast television, documentary films, and ultra-high-speed cinematography, along with direct-to-brand storytelling, help transform content for asset managers and the finance industry.

Matt earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire's Whittemore School of Business & Economics.

Jay is a Director, Solutions at FLX Networks. Having worked over 20 years on both the B2B and B2C sides of the alternative and financial services industry, Jay has a deep understanding of sales, distribution, marketing, technology, and compliance. He consulted and raised capital for Independent wealth advisors, Broker/Dealers, and asset managers, covering both traditional and alternative investments that include Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Private Credit, Real Estate, and Direct Deal offerings. He understands the needs of investors and the strategies asset managers and wealth advisors must employ to build and convert investor communities. Jay’s entrepreneurial skills include working with teams to build businesses and products while expanding relationships. His passion for financial services and technology innovation are what led him to FLX. 

Jay holds a B.A. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the Point Loma Nazarene University.

Andy is the Chief Financial Officer at FLX Networks with over 15 years of industry experience. Prior to joining FLX, Andy spent nearly 13 years with AMG Funds as the Vice President of FP&A, responsible for overseeing the firm’s accounting and finance operations. Prior to that, he worked in public accounting for BBD, LLP with a focus on the asset management industry.

Andy holds a B.S. in Accounting from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and received an MBA from Villanova University with a specialization in strategic management. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.

Dustin is an Advisor Consultant at FLX Networks. Dustin has 20 years of relationship management and business development experience representing both large and boutique asset management firms. Prior to FLX, he worked with RIAs, Private Banks, Family Offices, and Consultants across a range of traditional and alternative investment strategies. Dustin most recently worked for Menai Financial Group. His experience also includes Neuberger Berman and HSBC Global Asset Management. He started his career at Bear Stearns in 2003.

Dustin received a B.S. with honors from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign College of Business. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of the CFA Society of Washington, DC.

Zach is a Senior Business Associate at FLX Networks and was previously an intern with the firm. Prior to joining FLX, Zach gained experience as an intern for Bryn Mawr Trust Wealth Management and as a Lead Analyst for his university’s student-managed fund.

He holds a BBA in Finance and Financial Planning from Temple University.

Joseph is an Advisor Consultant for FLX Networks. Prior to joining FLX, Joe spent 15 years as a Managing Director for JPMorgan Asset Management and Angel Oak Capital. Joe has more than 25 years of industry experience with leading investment firms, including AMG, AllianceBernstein, and The MainStay Funds.

Joe graduated from Boston College with a B.B.A. in Finance and Marketing.

Carly is an Office Associate at FLX Networks working on the Business and Infrastructure Team. Carly previously worked as a Compensation Consultant at Time Warner Cable. She has additional experience as a Change Consultant at Bank of America, working on the Countrywide Merger specializing in customer communications. She also was a Compensation Analyst within Global Technology Operations at Bank of America.

Carly earned her B.S. in Marketing with a minor in Communications from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Michelle is a Marketing Analyst at FLX Networks. Prior to joining FLX, she gained experience as a Business Analyst at SHI International.

Michelle holds a B.S. in Psychology and Minor in Economics from The University of Pittsburgh.
