Adam is the Chief Operating Officer at FLX Networks. Adam served 20+ years in the United States Marine Corps in various leadership, technical, and command roles throughout the U.S., Europe, and Central Asia. Adam brings a diverse level of experience in Financial Management, IT, Cybersecurity, and operational and strategic planning.

Adam holds a B.S. from Penn State University, an M.S. in Information Technology Management from the Naval Postgraduate School, and an M.A. and M.S. from the Naval War College and the National War College in National Security Strategy.

Brian Moran founded FLX Networks in December 2019 to modernize and simplify the asset and wealth management industries. Under his leadership, FLX has grown rapidly, adding top-tier talent, forming strategic partnerships with hundreds of enterprises, and securing over $10 million in investments from leading global institutions.

With more than 25 years of experience, Brian has held senior leadership positions at Neuberger Berman and AMG, where he guided teams responsible for over $100 billion in sales. His expertise spans the distribution ecosystem, from wholesaling and national accounts to leading distribution teams.

Brian holds a B.S. in Marketing from Penn State University, an MBA in Finance from Temple University, and is a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA).

Andy is the Chief Financial Officer at FLX Networks with over 15 years of industry experience. Prior to joining FLX, Andy spent nearly 13 years with AMG Funds as the Vice President of FP&A, responsible for overseeing the firm’s accounting and finance operations. Prior to that, he worked in public accounting for BBD, LLP with a focus on the asset management industry.

Andy holds a B.S. in Accounting from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and received an MBA from Villanova University with a specialization in strategic management. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.

Mark is President of FLX Networks and the FLX Business Accelerator.  He is responsible for developing and delivering solutions that efficiently propel growth and solve problems for our clients and partners.

Mark has extensive experience growing businesses, leading teams and managing P&Ls.  He built and led practice management, sales, national accounts, product, data, and marketing teams in the US and globally.  Prior to FLX, Mark was Head of Americas, Advisor & Intermediary Solutions, at Russell Investments. Prior to Russell, he led the advisor focused businesses for Amundi Pioneer and Voya Investment Management.

Mark holds a B.A. from Bucknell University and received an MBA in Finance and International Business from The Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University.   Mark is an avid non-fiction reader, fan of podcasts and hosts InFLXtion Points.  He was captain of the Bucknell rugby team, has completed multiple marathons and triathlons, including the Ironman and remains active with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.  Additionally, Mark serves as a board member of the SEAL Family Foundation.
