Every January brings a new beginning and an opportunity to personally reflect and establish resolutions for the year ahead.
The same is true in business: Companies spend the end of the year prior building budgets and future plans to help ensure year-end reviews support their lofty expectations. Looking at 2023, there are three core concepts for us to discuss:
- Help me help you.
- You can’t cut your way to growth.
- So, you want to be great.
